How to play Classic Sudoku
Fill every empty cell with a number from 1 to 9 so that each row, column, and 3×3 box contains every number exactly once. The starting numbers cannot be changed.
Click a cell, then choose a number from the number pad or press 1–9 on your keyboard. Use the arrow keys to move, N to toggle notes, Backspace or Delete to erase, and Ctrl/Cmd+Z to undo.
Hints explain a possible next step or offer to reveal an answer. Applying a hint counts as one hint used. Undoing a move does not reduce your mistake or hint count.
Three mistakes end a standard game. Select Practice mode before starting to play without a mistake limit. Complete the grid correctly to win.
